Today when I woke up I realized I wasn't the same as I was yesterday. My body felt renewed, I felt joy like no other. This is how my story begins....

3 weeks ago my husband came home and stayed for 6 days, he's a truck driver long haul. He was grumpy and allot of times belligerent to me. I didn't understand why he hated me so or even treated me that way, until I got down on my knees and ask God why? He said to me "It's not you it's him, he hasn't forgiven his self so he has no peace from with in." So at that moment on I prayed for my husband day and night. My husband has always had a hard time telling me he loves me. (see, my husband is a drug user and alcoholic he left me in Las Vegas to die. He broke three of my toes and he has called me every bad name you can think of.) Now thats my side of the story his side is (My wife is a drug addict can't keep a job and she disrespects me in public). Ha-ha-ha we are a pair. But I love my husband with all my heart. We have been married for 25 years we have raised 4 beautiful daughters 3 in college and one graduates highschool this year. Well we have not used drugs in 2 years but the memories of our drugged out days haunt him. So I continued to pray after he left to go back on the road as a truck driver, and lo and behold I received a phone call. " hello, hey I just want to tell you I love you...). I dropped the phone, tears rolled down my eyes. I said " What? " He said" I love you. Do you still love me?" I said " yes. Each and every day for the past 7 days my husband has been the nicest loving joyful understanding man I have ever seen. I told everyone in my family of his CHANGE. That was totally God Loving me through my husband. Prayer changes things Prayer got us off drugs Prayer Changed the way I feel each morning when I wake up. My husband tells me he loves me every day (WHAT!!!!!) un fricken belieable thank you Heavenly Father for changing My life and my husbands. I am not the same as I was yesterday I am better!!!
